Terms of Service

1. Services

brillianttranslations provides specialist translation services delivered digitally. All projects are performed by qualified translators and reviewed by a second independent linguist before delivery.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by payment via Stripe. A project brief confirmation is sent within one business day. Work begins once the brief is confirmed and source documents are received.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, in the same format as the source document plus a PDF. Timelines are confirmed at the brief stage.

4. Corrections

A five-day correction window is included in every project at no additional cost, covering changes within the original brief. Requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

5. Liability

We are liable only for errors directly attributable to our translators. We are not liable for losses arising from errors in the source document or decisions made by third parties based on the translated content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Braga, Portugal.
