When you use our contact form or checkout, we collect first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type through our hosting provider.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, send project-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of five years to comply with Portuguese and EU accounting law. Contact enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted after 12 months.

5. Third parties

Payment is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card data is never stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data entered at checkout.stripe.com.
