Refund Policy
1. Our commitment
If a translation contains errors directly attributable to our translators that materially affect accuracy or usability, we will correct it at no cost within the five-day correction window. Where correction is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, with a written description of the issue. Claims must relate to translation accuracy errors, not stylistic preferences or changes to requirements after delivery.
3. Non-refundable situations
We do not offer refunds for stylistic dissatisfaction, errors in the source document, or where the translation has already been submitted or published to a third party.
4. Process
Contact hello@brillianttranslations.com with your order reference and description of the issue. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
